REQUIREMENTS FOR PAPERS

The best papers will be sent to AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus, CAS, DOAJ, CrossRef, Google Scolar etc.) for further publication.

The requirements and templates for the papers can be found here

All papers must fit the scope of the conference

Templates and guidelines for proceedings papers
These are templates for proceedings papers, they are there to to help you prepare your work.

Essential guidelines
Please follow these essential guidelines when preparing your paper

AIP Conference Proceedings uses author-prepared PDFs for all published content and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all manuscripts are submitted in their final form and that all fonts are embedded. AIP author template packages contain comprehensive advice and guidelines for authors—including a Do’s and Don’ts checklist—all papers must be prepared abiding by these guidelines. Well-prepared manuscripts enable rapid publication.

When preparing your manuscript for AIP Conference Proceedings, please abide by the following requests:
  • Download your template package for Word or LaTex.
  • Do not add page numbers or headers/footers.
  • Do not alter the margins of our templates.
  • Paper size is 8.5 x 11.
  • The paper must include the author name and full affiliation address including country.
  • Use clear, legible graphics and diagrams contained within the margins.
  • Do not use copyrighted material without permission and proper crediting.
  • All pages are to be in portrait.
  • References are prepared using our sample reference guidelines (available in the template package). References can only be linked if they are complete.
  • Embed all fonts into your manuscript PDF.
What to send to your conference organizer
  • A final PDF file of your paper with fonts embedded.
  • Copies of permissions to re-use copyrighted material.
Paper content
  • The paper includes the author name(s) and affiliation(s) (full address including country).
  • All articles must contain an abstract.
  • All figures and tables should be numbered in numerical order. Please ensure that figure/table numbers are not duplicated or missed.
  • Figures are legible and placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
  • If section headings are numbered, ensure that they are numbered numerically, and no numbers are duplicated or missing.
  • Displayed equations should follow a naming convention in numerical order, i.e. (1), (2), (3) etc or by section, i.e. (1.1), (1.2) etc. Ensure every displayed equation has its own number and none are duplicated or missing.
  • Reference lists are checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via CrossRef if they are correct and complete.
  • If numbering references (Harvard system) ensure that references are numbered numerically, every reference has its own number and no numbers are duplicated or missing.
  • Ensure that all references are cited in the text and that all citations have a corresponding reference.
  • Finally, please ensure that the paper is thoroughly proofread to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.
  • Structure the paper, using the following subheadings to identify each section: Background, Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
§ Background/introduction
§ Purpose/objective
§ Methodology
§ Results/findings
§ Conclusions

Conversion to PDF
  • The PDF file is editable and not password-protected.
  • The PDF is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or poor-resolution figures), since conversion from Word to PDF can introduce formatting errors.
  • There are no blank pages.
Originality
  • Submitted articles must be the authors’ own work, expressed in their own words. Plagiarism constitutes unethical scientific behaviour and is never acceptable. Plagiarism ranges from the unreferenced use of others’ ideas to the replication (without sufficient attribution or use of quotation marks) of sections of text from other sources to the submission of a complete paper under ‘new’ authorship. Papers with a similarity rate of more than 20 per cent will be rejected.
REVIEW PROCESS

Conference Submission Management System and Peer Review Tools
Participant registration and manuscript submission are conducted through the official conference website.
Submitted manuscripts are subsequently processed and reviewed through the University Management System, which serves as the official platform for editorial management and peer review.
The system supports the complete manuscript workflow, including paper submission, reviewer assignment, communication with authors and reviewers, collection of review reports, revision management, decision tracking, and archival of editorial records. Access to manuscripts and review materials is controlled according to assigned editorial roles to preserve confidentiality and integrity of the review process.

Type of Peer Review
CAMSTECH-V 2026 employs a single-anonymous (single-blind) peer-review process.
Under this model, reviewers have access to author identities during evaluation, while authors do not receive information about reviewer identities. The review process is conducted confidentially to ensure objective and independent assessment.
Each manuscript undergoes evaluation by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the paper’s subject area.
If reviewer opinions substantially differ, an additional review may be requested before a final editorial decision is made.

Acceptance Criteria
Papers are accepted based on the following criteria:
  • relevance to the conference themes and scope;
  • originality and novelty of the research;
  • scientific and methodological rigor;
  • technical correctness and validity of results;
  • significance of contribution to the field;
  • clarity of presentation and organization;
  • quality of discussion and conclusions;
  • compliance with formatting and publication requirements;
  • compliance with ethical and academic standards.
Authors may be required to revise manuscripts before final acceptance.

Similarity Checks and Evaluation Procedures
All accepted manuscripts undergo similarity screening using Turnitin prior to final publication submission.
Similarity reports are reviewed by the editorial team and assessed qualitatively rather than solely based on similarity percentage values. Editorial evaluation considers the nature and context of overlaps and distinguishes legitimate academic citation from potential publication ethics concerns.
Particular attention is given to:
  • unattributed textual overlap;
  • duplicate publication;
  • self-plagiarism;
  • excessive reuse of previously published material;
  • inappropriate citation practices.
Where concerns are identified, authors may be requested to provide clarification, revise the manuscript, or address identified issues before a final publication decision is made.

Ethical Requirements for Authors
Authors submitting to CAMSTECH-V 2026 must comply with accepted standards of publication ethics.
Authors confirm that:
  • submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere;
  • manuscripts are not simultaneously under consideration by another publication venue;
  • all cited materials are properly acknowledged;
  • all listed authors made substantial scholarly contributions;
  • data and results are presented honestly and accurately.
Authors may use AI-assisted tools only for language improvement, formatting assistance, or editorial support. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, interpretation, and integrity of submitted content. AI systems cannot be listed as authors.
Any confirmed misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, manipulated content, or authorship violations, may lead to rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.

Submission of a manuscript constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these peer-review and ethical requirements.

Final decision is taken by the Publisher.
